Change a song’s key without changing its tempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shift a song up or down by up to 24 semitones<\/strong> \u2014 the tempo stays exactly the same. Tap the \u266d and \u266f buttons to move a semitone at a time, or use the slider to fine-tune in cents. Great for singing in a comfortable key or matching a differently tuned instrument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to the original key:<\/strong> when the pitch is shifted, its value above the slider is marked with \u21ba<\/strong> \u2014 tap it to return to the original key. You feel a light tap whenever the pitch reaches the original key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pitch practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a practice you can step the pitch up or down automatically with each loop \u2014 a great way to master a part in every key. As the pitch changes, the chords shown follow along, so you always see the chords for the key you’re hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change the speed while you practice:<\/strong> use the \u2212<\/strong> and +<\/strong> buttons above the play button to go 5% slower or faster \u2014 double-tap the value to return to 100%. The new speed starts with the next loop, so the tempo never jumps in the middle of a phrase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
